  • Manual Verification: In some cases, we may contact you directly to request a copy of a valid form of ID, such as a passport or driving licence, before your order is dispatched.

4. Acceptable Forms of ID

Where manual verification is required, we accept the following:

  • UK photocard driving licence
  • PASS-accredited proof of age card
  • National identity card

5. Failed Verification

If we are unable to verify your age, or if we have reason to believe that a purchase is being made on behalf of a minor, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel and refund your order in full.
  • Refuse future orders from the same account or address.
  • Report suspected proxy purchasing to the relevant authorities.

6. Delivery Age Verification

Our courier partners are instructed to carry out age checks upon delivery where required. Any order that cannot be verified at the door will be returned to us, and a full refund will be issued minus any non-recoverable shipping costs.
