If you are not happy with your order, this policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within
14 days of receiving your goods and then have an additional 14 days to return them.

2. Conditions for Returns

Unwanted / Change of Mind

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must remain in original unopened packaging with seals intact.

Hygiene and Health Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned:

E-liquids (including shortfills and nic salts)
Coils and Pods (including those supplied with kits)
Tanks and Mouthpieces
Disposable Vapes

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

Photo or video evidence may be requested for electronic products.
Confirmed faults qualify for replacement or refund including return shipping.
Leakage caused by improper use may not qualify as a manufacturing fault.

Wait for return authorisation.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Faulty / Incorrect Items:
Return shipping will be covered after verification.
Trackable shipping is recommended.

6. Refunds

After inspection of returned items:

You will receive confirmation of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within
14 working days.
