Delivery & Returns Policy

At Vape Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and receive a refund.

1. Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Conditions for Returns

Unwanted/Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind:

  • The items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them.
  • The items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.

 

Hygiene and Health Exclusions — Warning

Due to the nature of vape products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the packaging or hygiene seal has been opened or broken:

  • E-liquids (including shortfills and nic salts).
  • Coils and Pods (including those within kits).
  • Tanks and Mouthpieces.
  • Disposable Vapes.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product:

  • Please contact us at support@vape-station.uk within [INSERT DAYS, e.g., 48 hours] of receipt.
  • For electronic items (mods, batteries), we may require video or photographic evidence of the fault.
  • If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Note: Leakage from tanks or pods is often due to improper use (e.g., wrong e-liquid ratio) and may not be classified as a manufacturing fault.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@vape-station.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorisation from our team.
  3. Package the items securely and send them to: Vape Station – Returns Department, [INSERT BUSINESS ADDRESS]

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label once the fault is verified.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
