These pods are exclusive to the Pro Max 12K kit. They won’t fit the 15K Hypermax (DTL), the 30K Hypermax (different dual-pod system), or the 6K Supermax (compact disposable format).

Open the pack, remove the safety stickers and the rubber plug from the pod’s mouthpiece. If the pack includes a separate refill container, assemble that into the pod first by connecting the two until they click together. Then insert the assembled pod into the matching Al Fakher device, push down firmly until you feel it lock in place.
Let the assembled unit sit upright for 5 to 10 minutes before the first puff. This priming step lets the coil saturate fully and prevents that burnt-taste first hit that ruins the experience.
Once empty, the device’s display will indicate the pod has run out. Pull the pod out gently, dispose of it responsibly, and click in a fresh one.
Each Al Fakher prefilled pod is designed to be a single-use consumable. Once empty, the pod itself is finished, you can’t refill it manually as it’s a sealed unit with a fixed coil inside. Disposable of empty pods responsibly through proper recycling channels where available.
Store unopened pod packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Properly stored, sealed pods stay fresh for 6 to 12 months from manufacture. Once a pack is opened, use the pods within a few weeks for best flavour quality.
Will these pods fit my older Al Fakher device? Compatibility is listed in the spec table above. Each Al Fakher kit uses its own dedicated pod format and they’re not cross-compatible. The 30K Hypermax pods only fit the 30K kit, the 12K Pro Max pods only fit the 12K kit, and so on.
How many pods are in the pack? The pack contents are listed in the spec table above. Most Al Fakher prefilled pod packs contain a starter pod plus one or more refill containers, designed to maximise puff count from a single pack.
Why does my new pod taste burnt? Priming issue, almost certainly. Fit the pod and let the assembled unit sit upright for at least 5-10 minutes before the first puff. The coil needs time to saturate with e-liquid, otherwise the first puff burns dry cotton instead of vapour.
Can I refill these pods myself with other e-liquid? No, the pods are sealed prefilled units with a built-in coil. They’re not designed to be refilled and attempting to do so usually damages the seal and causes leaking. Once the pod is empty, replace it with a fresh one.
How long does each pod last? Pack-dependent, with most Al Fakher pod packs covering several thousand puffs each. Lighter users may stretch a single pack across multiple weeks, heavier users will get through one quicker.
