Add 3 to 5 drops of e-liquid directly onto the visible cotton or wicking material of the new coil before installing. Fit the coil into the tank, fill the tank, and let it stand upright for 5 to 10 minutes before vaping. Skipping this priming step is the most common cause of a burnt taste on a brand-new coil.
Most Vaporesso coils last 1 to 2 weeks of regular daily use, depending on wattage and e-liquid. Sweeter flavours (dessert, candy, fruit) tend to gunk coils faster than menthol or tobacco profiles. Replace when flavour drops off noticeably or you get a burnt taste that doesn’t go away.
How many coils come in the pack? Vaporesso usually sell coils in 3-packs or 5-packs depending on the platform. Check the product title for the exact quantity.
Will these fit my tank? Compatibility is listed above. Coils within a family (GTX, EUC, GT, etc.) are interchangeable across tanks designed for that family, but coils from different platforms are not cross-compatible.
My new coil tastes burnt straight away. What’s wrong? Almost always a priming issue. A fresh coil needs liquid soaked through the cotton before firing. Add drops directly to the wicking material, then let the assembled tank sit for at least 5 minutes before firing.
